NANO IRON company has developed a dispersing unit, which is able to manufacture a slurry directly from dry ZVI nanopowder just prior to its application. Laboratory dispersing unit DL 05 manufacturing small volumes of slurries is designated for researches dealing with nZVI (and other nano-powder materials) development and testing. The unit can be also used for eZVI (NASA license required) preparation.

Dry ZVI nanopowder NANOFER 25N with strong advantage of no-degradation comparing to slurry nZVI products is offered by NANO IRON, s.r.o. The company believes that dispersing unit will boost up nZVI utilization and research activities by increasing the mobility, reactivity and efficiency of nZVI slurry caused by manufacturing a fresh material just prior to its application. Industrial dispersing unit DI 50 will be soon available for on-site manufacturing of large quantities of slurry.
